|DELIVERY ADDRESS| + skeletonsOv. will ship your orders to the address on your ETSY account, unless otherwise requested. Please make sure it is the correct address. + skeletonsOv. are not liable, issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address.
|RUSH ORDERS| +I am more than happy to accommodate rush orders. +Please contact me before placing your order to ensure I am able to ship them by the required deadline.
|DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS| I am not liable for lost order/s that is not registered and not insured. In such cases please raise the issue with your local post office. I keep accurate records of postage details and am happy to provide any additional information. I am more than happy to assist you with your query.
|CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES| As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

+ Please consider that we inspect each piece/items by hand before they are packed and shipped out. Thus damages are unlikely.
+ If you are unhappy with your purchase or you feel that your item was misrepresented in any way (We suggest to send us a photo ), and please contact me within five days of receiving your item so we can work out a solution that leaves everyone happy :)
|CUSTOM ORDERS| + There will be no refunds given because of cancelled events.
+ No refunds are given on CUSTOM ORDERS.
+ No refunds are issued on lost, or not received packages because of incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery of the packages
+ All products are handmade so please be aware that every piece may vary slightly. Photos can also show variances in the color of the product due to the light and monitor.
