I am happy to ship the items to any location in the world. Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If these are not the same (and there is no note), I will ship to your Etsy address.
Processing time I ship from Latvia, Europian Union in 2 to 10 business days after receiving cleared payment. If item is made to order (large order), I will need up to 10-20 business days to make it. Delivery can take 2 to 6 weeks.
Estimated shipping times Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post: - Europe: 1-2 weeks - US: up to 2-3 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 2 weeks, but it can still vary up to 4 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time); - Everywhere Else: up to 2-6 weeks. Customs and import taxes Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes/customs fees that may be charged after we ship the order. All shipping prices are showen as regular posting prices with tracking, but without insurance. If you would like insurance with your order, please let me know. If insurance is not purchased, and your order goes missing, our store is not responsible for replacement.
We are able to hold orders that are unpaid for 48 hours. After that time, we will re-list them. If there is a reason why you cannot commit within that time frame, please contact with us and we will find a solution.
Returns & exchanges
For any issue you must contact with us in 14 days after package was received.
We DON'T refund if: * just changed your mind * it's custom order, it's done and you just changed your mind
We DO refund: * if it's lost and POST company after investigation decided that it's lost forever and refunded all coast, then we will refund ALL money that you have paid (including shipping cost), investigation can take 30-60 days
*if it's damaged during processing then - you have to send pictures of proof - and send back damaged item (shipping will be covered from our side if it's our mistake) - if it's possible (we have more that kind of fabric) we can offer another new item or refund money.
REFUND: We will fully refund when: - you will send your order back in the same new condition as received with all tags (not necessary to be attached) - we will receive our order back
NB! Do not send anything back without contacting with us. We won't cover any shipping cost in that case.
