Orders will be shipped by the least expensive method with USPS unless the customer requests at the time of ordering, and is willing to pay the costs of other shipping options, . Tracking is always included for shipping within the U.S. No tracking is available on international shipments in first class. Typically international shipping with tracking is an additional $60. You must request insurance, tracking or other shipping options with your order. I take full responsibility for shipping the order but I do not take responsibility for delivery. The post office in my area is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and my shop is closed on Mondays. Orders received after Friday 5 pm will be shipped on the following Tuesday morning for this reason. Insurance or signature on delivery may be requested at the time of placing an order and added to the cost. Please contact me if you have any questions before placing your order.
I sometimes accept payments for as long as a 3 month period for high-priced items with the understanding that payments are forfeited if the purchaser pulls out of the agreement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I accept returns when purchase is contingent on approval of the buyer and this is arranged in advance of purchase. Full refunds are given less shipping fees and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
