If you would like to learn how to transform portraits into crocheted acrylic works of art this is for you. My patterns are very detailed and easy to understand.
As you see in the pictures, the first picture for the pattern you are receiving, the second is a picture of a previous portrait I've done when I was halfway through. The crocheted piece is on the left side and the original portrait that was used to create the pattern is on the right. The third picture is of the finished piece. And the 4th picture is of what my patterns look like.
To determine the size you need, chain with the hook that you are going to use in order to make the piece. There are 2 other listings that will be available with this picture in difference sizes, so pick which one is best for you.
Once your payment is submitted you are able to download a practice pattern and the purchased pattern. I suggest that you finish this pattern before attempting to try one of the listed pattern. If you know how to SC (Single Crochet) and change color you will be fine. You may email me a picture of the finished practice pattern once you finish so that I can check your work. Rest assure, this is not for a grade, I just want to make sure you are going in the right direction.
Learning this technique with the practice pattern, it will help you create beautiful works of art for your friends and family, but also the means to earn a commission from potential clients who appreciate your work but do not have the time to do it.
If there is a generic image that you would like made into a pattern that can be resold, let me know. I will not sell patterns of copy written images. If you purchase 5 generic patterns from me from any listing on my etsy page, I will email you a pattern for free. Send me your email once you have purchased your patterns.
I've created these patterns so they are easy to read. You can use any crochet hook that you choose and are comfortable with. The patterns are made to use 8 different colors of yarn that are brown tones (These tones are easy to find in the stores). I do have a chart of different color tones but they have not been tested. If you would like to receive that along with your pattern, please let me know.
If you have any questions please inbox me with them.
