SHIPPING ADDRESS The address you provide to us at checkout is the address your order will be shipped to - NO EXCEPTIONS. If your address has changed or if you want to have the item shipped as a gift, please provide that address at checkout. Our software pulls the address in that is provided to Etsy, and we simply don't have the time to continually change addresses, so PLEASE be sure it is correct! Items returned for incorrect addresses will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
WHEN WILL IT SHIP? Customized items ship within 3-5 days AFTER proof has been approved to allow time for us to create your item to order. Party, vintage and craft items are shipped in 1-3 business days. Please be sure to check individual listings, however, as some items may require more time depending on processing/customization.
All United States orders ship via either first class or priority mail, depending on weight.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that first class international mail can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to be delivered and that customs in the receiving country can also significantly hold up delivery. If you need your order earlier than six weeks from the date we would ship, please upgrade to international priority or express. We are not responsible to late deliveries due to slower first class international shipping.
PROOF APPROVAL If you purchase a customized item, a proof will be sent to you within 2-4 business days (HOWEVER PLEASE CHECK LISTING DESCRIPTION AS THESE TIMES MAY VARY). Proofs must be approved by the customer before item can be made and shipped. HOWEVER - we allow one week for proof approval. We have had ongoing problems with customers not responding to proofs; therefore, if approval is not received after four attempts via email and Etsy convo, the item will be sent exactly as the customer requests. If there are errors in spelling or font is not acceptable, we will not accept the item in return. Therefore, please make sure your email address on file with Etsy is correct and check your email/Etsy convos often to look for the proof to approve.
CANCELLATIONS If you cancel a customized item once a proof has been created, there will be a $2.00 design fee deducted from your refund to cover the time taken to create the proof. If you cancel once the proof has been approved, there will be a 30% fee deducted from your refund as production will already be started. All other orders can be canceled within 24 hours, provided we have not already shipped the item. If a cancelled item has already shipped, you may return minus original & return shipping charges.
We accept payment via PayPal or direct checkout.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. Customized items will not begin the proof process until payment has been received.
If you request to cancel an order once payment has already been made and the design process for customized items has been started (within 24 hours of payment), we will refund minus 25% to cover materials/design fees.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request exchanges or returns so an RMA can be provided. Items returned without contacting us will not be exchanged/refunded and will be only be returned back to the customer at their expense.
REFUNDS Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customized items CAN NOT be returned unless there is shipping damage (photographic proof of damaged packaging or broken item must be provided, so PLEASE do not throw away your packaging) or an incorrect customization was made (i.e. misspelling that was not on your proof, etc.)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS OF SHIPPING PAID Unless an item is damaged in shipping or a customization error was made, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and our shipping fees are also deducted from the refund.
REFUNDS OF CUSTOM FEES AND RUSH FEES Any fees we may have collected to specially customize an item for you or rush fees you paid to get your item faster are NOT REFUNDABLE unless there was a mistake in customization (i.e. misspelling that was not on your proof, etc.) or there is proven damage by the USPS.
All other items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to exchange an item.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING If you have received a damaged item, please provide photos of all shipping materials and the damaged item. Heavily damaged items may prompt a visit from a local postal inspector as we insure all of our items, so please do not throw away any packing materials. If you throw away your packaging, we do not refund for damage. The item will either be replaced without return or you will be provided a return label to send the item back for exchange or refund - this decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
LATE DELIVERIES BY THE POST OFFICE Once we have handed an item to the US Postal Service, it is up to them to get the item to you in time, even if you have chosen priority mail or express mail. We have no control over items delayed by the US Postal Service. If an item misses a deadline, you may return the item (CUSTOMIZED ITEMS EXCLUDED) for a refund minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
***LATE DELIVERY FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: No refunds will be given on custom items, even if delivered late for an intended event. This is why we strongly urge you to purchase party items well in advance of your needed deadlines.
****LATE DELIVERY FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS: Please contact us if your item is delivered late. Generally you may return your item for a refund (customer pays return shipping) of items delivered late for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees. Please contact us directly for details on your particular return.
