Toad sticker is printed on Avery Inkjet sticker sheets and are individually hand-cut. The stickers don't have a finish so they are not protected from heavy use or the weather. 4.5 cm wide and 6.25 cm tall.
I ask that you please allow 3-5 days for shipping on items that are sent via letter and 1-2 weeks on parcels if you live in Canada. Letters and parcels can take 2-5 weeks (or more) if delivered outside of Canada. These are rough time frames, as mail varies in time frame. Please let me know if you need an item soon and I'll see what I can do (though it would be better to order weeks in advance).
If your country requires you to pay customs, you must pay for this yourself. So please be aware of your countries policies when purchasing.
If you wish to add tracking to your order, contact me before ordering. I don't add tracking to my orders normally, so I will be more than happy to create a seperate listing that includes tracking in the shipping cost.
This shop only sells to Canada and the US.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If your item shows up damaged, please contact me sooner rather than later. Please provide images of the broken item(s). If you don't do this, I can't take your word about the order, and the issue won't get solved. Hold onto any receipts and packaging until the issue is resolved; this can be a claim, a refund or a replacement shipment.
If I missed something in your order, please let me know! I will require a photo of the order, as I won't take just your word. I will ship you the missing item.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please let me know within the time frame I have set up. You will need to cover the shipping of the order. In terms of exchanges, the item must be of equal value to what you bought.
You will get a full refund for returns so long as A) It's within the time limit and B) It returns in the same condition I sent it. If it's outside the time frame, used or damaged, or you ship it back without telling me ahead of time, you will only get a partial refund.
I advise that, if an item is to be shipped back to me, that tracking is included. Sometimes mail gets held up. This is more-so to help you get what you need from me. It will tell me when something has been shipped, so I can keep track of if you're following the return/exchange time frame or not.
I do retain the rights to deny a refund as I see fit, and within the Etsy guidelines. So long as we work together to resolve issues, it won't come to this. So please read my policies beforehand!
