PDF SEWING PATTERN! PDF SEWING PATTERN! PDF SEWING PATTERN!
If you are looking for the perfect wristlet to carry cash, cards, and your smartphone, then this is the project for you! Features include:
- two exterior zippered pockets
- two interior divided pockets
- one interior (attached) pouch
- zippered closure
- detachable strap
Final wallet is approximately 5" x 7" x 1"
This project is designed for someone who is ready for a challenge and/or is at the advanced level. It is all cut with a rotary cutter and ruler - I include a layout guide for cutting the fabric. Once you wrap your brain around the zipper, it's not that difficult to make. I've included several supplemental tutorials to help you master the following techniques: making an exposed zippered pocket, making and sewing double-fold bias tape, sewing a gusset, and making a zippered gusset.
My pattern is detailed but not wordy! I really break it down for those who might need more directions. If you are skilled, much of this is probably intuitive. Please note that I use computer-generated graphics rather than pictures.
What one pattern tester wrote about the pattern: "By the way I have made several and love this wallet.thanks."
And, as with all my patterns, I find ways to make the whole sewing process easy! Enjoy! And please share your project.
On occasion, I will update the pattern to fix type-os and to clarify directions. Things make sense to me - so I rely on others to send suggestions my way! Thanks and enjoy!

On occasion, my cat(s) hang out with me. Although I keep things clean/neat, a stray cat hair might show up on your pillow cover and/or bag tag. But other than that, there are no funky smells or weird things to worry about.
