I ship within 1-2 postal days, though often same day. If you need it immediately, convo me and I will let you know how much the additional postage will be.
Usually, if your order weighs more than 14 ounces, I will send it priority and you should receive it within 2 - 3 days. Otherwise, most packages take about 4 days to reach you if you're in the Continental US, and about 2 weeks out of States. (This is average. I really have no control or influence with the USPS and how fast they're working on any particular day.)
All packages are shipped with tracking information that will let you know approximately where your package is. (If outside of US, it will track your package until it leaves the States.)
If you have any other questions, please ask!

I prefer PayPal or Direct Checkout. Payment must clear before I will ship items.
If you choose to cancel an order, please convo me and I will take care of it on this side. Please note: Orders CANNOT be cancelled after item has shipped.

Returns & exchanges

Most items are nonrefundable. I try to describe everything as accurately as I can. And I am not responsible for damages that may happen en route.
However, if something was described wrong I will allow and credit returns.
If you change your mind about the purchase, you are responsible for the shipping fees to return it to me, and I will refund 90% of the purchase price. (S/H not included.) 10% stays with me to compensate me for the time. (I would call it the "pain in the a** fee, but that probably isn't appropriate.)
I'm pretty easy going and happy to work with you on an individual basis. If something is shipped and it was damaged, let me know. I'll do what I can to make it right. (Though again, I'm not responsible for the USPS.) For example: If you receive a mold that is damaged in the mail, then I probably packed it wrong and it would be my responsibility to correct it.
All returns and damages are done on an individual basis, but please let me know if there is a problem.

Additional policies

I do not accept custom orders. What I have in stock is what I have. I really don't have a way of getting in anything special for you. The items I have are listed. If it's not listed, I don't have it and I probably can't get it anytime soon.
If you would like me to set something aside for you, I can hold it for up to 1 week. If payment isn't received at the end of 1 week, I will relist the item. No exceptions.
Hmm, I think that about covers everything. I am pretty easy going and I try hard to keep everything described well and ship in a timely matter. If you have questions, please just ask. I'll do what I can to keep you happy.
