Returns & exchanges
My patterns are my own designs. Once purchased, buyers are expected to adhere to the copyright (found at the end of each pattern).
Due to the nature of the content in my patterns, there are no refunds on patterns. If you believed you were ordering the crocheted item at the time of purchase, you then have failed to read the complete listing. So please read the listing carefully!
If you have questions about your pattern purchase, please inquire BEFORE you make your purchase.
My crocheted items are of quality craftsmanship. I stand behind each crocheted item.
All of my products are accurately represented. If the color, size, or fiber content is not to your expectations, you may have a full refund (the cost of the purchased product + shipping and handling). **EXCEPTION: FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**
In order to receive the full refund:
1.) refunds are given to recently purchased items (within 30 days of purchase).
2.) contact me first and then return the purchased product in the same condition it was sent out to you (this means "brand new condition" so that it may be resold). There are no refunds on items with damage, soil, or visible wear on the crocheted fabric.
3.) ship via USPS First class to the return address indicated on the invoice. (Note: There is no reimbursement for the return postage. The postage on returns is the responsibility of the buyer.)
Once receiving the crocheted item and it is still in new condition, I will then process your full refund.
All of my patterns have a Skill Level posted on the Etsy listing and on the pattern itself. You may feel you are more advance than what the pattern states, but my Skill Level is set according to the industry standards set by Craft Yarn Council (http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/skill.html).
The four standard levels are as follows:
1.) "Beginner" = Projects for first-time crocheters using basic stitches.
2.) "Easy" = Projects using yarn with basic stitches, repetitive stitch patterns,
simple color changes, and simple shaping and finishing.
3.) "Intermediate" = Projects using a variety of techniques, such as basic lace patterns or color patterns, mid-level shaping and finishing.
4.) "Experienced" = Projects with intricate stitch patterns, techniques and dimension, such as non-repeating patterns, multi-color techniques, fine threads, small hooks, detailed shaping and refined finishing.
So choose according to your skill based on the Craft Yarn Council. Though I provide support for buyers to help them with my patterns, I DO NOT teach crochet. When I provide support, I will expect you to be at the skill level stated for the pattern. If you are not up to that level, please go to YouTube and learn from the crochet videos before attempting my pattern(s).
