Shipping Policy Packages are shipped through the Post Office via regular mail, Priority mail, UPS or FedEX. Please allow 1 to 8 weeks (depending on quantity) for orders to ship. All packages are wrapped in bubble wrap to keep items safe and secure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment. At this time we do not accept checks or money orders. No C.O.Ds please. Orders will not be process until payment has been made. An email will be sent once order and payment is received to give you an “estimated” date of completion. Thank you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
No returns or refunds on handmade items. Refunds on some items can be discussed on a case by case. If the mistake is made by R Creations & Designs then a partial refund will be given and the product redone. When viewing items, please keep in mind colors vary slightly on various computers. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

Cancellation Policy Please email RCD to cancel an order. Please put in subject line Cancelling Order. Five days will be allotted for cancellation time.
Ordering Policy Please place orders for events 3 to 4 months in advance.
Sample Policy Samples can be purchased for the listing price to be mailed. Samples mailed are not customized at this time. Slips of pattern paper and ribbon may be included with some samples.
