The perfect add on when gifting a necklace or keeping one for yourself:). This will help keep the necklace shiny and bright longer and should be used instead of a liquid cleaner.

Jewelry metals eventually tarnish when exposed to air (a natural reaction to sulfur in the air), leaving a less-than-stellar shine over time. These pretreated two-inch squares are great for effectively cleaning tarnish and fingerprints from jewelry...just rub the surface gently. An excellent size for hand-polishing, pads are tight-bond cellular foam with permanently bonded micro-abrasives.

Recommended Use: These pads are good until they are dark grey on both sides and then it is time to toss it and reach for a new one. Please make sure that the jewelry you are polishing is completely dry or it can damage the pad.

Size of pad: 2 inches by 2 inches
This is not recommended and shouldn't be used on any sort of plated metal.

U.S. BASED ORDERS:
All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS First Class service. Of course, if you need something sooner, please let me know and we can expedite the shipping for a higher cost.

All U.S. orders will also be sent with a tracking number/delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Timeframe for International Orders can be weeks depending on location and customs etc. Sorella Sweets will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items. These orders will not be sent with any sort of tracking or insurance.

INTERNATIONAL FEES, DUTIES, & TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT

LOST PACKAGES IN THE MAIL
When I turn a package over to the post office, the delivery of that package is then the responsibility of the post office to ensure that it reaches your home. If for some reason:

1) your package goes missing or
2) utilizing the tracking number, the package says delivered but you have not received it.

Then a Missing Package Claim must be filed by you the buyer with a post office that is close to your home so that they can try and find or locate the missing package. Unfortunately this is something that must be filed by the buyer and not Sorella Sweets.

However, if the package goes without a “delivered” update for 30 days after you file the Missing Package Claim, then I can file an insurance claim with the USPS and will send out a replacement to complete your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after you place it. Because I like to try and get your piece to you as quickly as possible, there are times I can turn them around the same day depending on the situation. Please convo me though after the 24 hours and I can try and see what can be done.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an order or you have questions or concerns, please contact me prior to leaving any unsatisfied feedback on the site. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customized orders (stamped pieces for example) are not returnable but of course, if there is a problem with the order etc, please convo me and we will work to quickly remedy the situation.

If it is not a personalized or customized item, you may make a return for a refund or exchange for another item in my store as long as the item is postmarked within 14 days of receipt.


Additional policies

*Hand Stamping is not an exact science and therefore you will find variations in the pieces such as some stamps may be deeper than others or they might be not 100% perfectly aligned but I don't let any piece go out the door that I am not happy with or wouldn't wear myself. Just please keep in mind that these aren't defects but part of the nature of the product.

*Sterling silver jewelry may need to be polished occasionally due to nature of the metal. I would suggest a polishing pad and not any sort of jewelry cleaner especially if the piece has been darkened as that would remove the darkening aspect of the piece. I highly recommend storing your pieces in an air tight container/bag to preserve it over the long term and please try to avoid contact with perfume/hair products/dish detergent etc.

*Prices are subject to change without notice due to the variability in the price of metals such as silver and gold.

*Charms and many of the pieces for sale do contain small part/pieces which could be a choking hazard for children or animals. Please note that you the buyer assume full responsibility when you make a purchase from Sorella Sweets.
