Shipping & policies
All orders will be completed and ship from my office within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. Standard default shipping is U.S. Postal Service First Class. Please note that default First Class shipping does NOT include tracking information or a guarantee of arrival date. Default First Class shipping transit times cannot be quoted and are not guaranteed by myself nor the US Postal Service due to regional variances in USPS standards and service, and transit time will depend solely on the US Postal Service.
**If items are needed by a particular date or occasion it is highly advised to choose Priority or Express shipping upgrade (or purchase the "Quick Ship" listing if your order is already placed) that will include tracking and guarantee arrival dates.** This is the ONLY way to guarantee an arrival date and include tracking information.
Upgraded shipping options (Priority 2-3 day and Express 1-2 day) are available for purchase at checkout for expedited and/or trackable orders when shipped domestically only. These shipping upgrades are available as options when checking out.
Cancellations of orders are only accepted prior to the item(s) being flagged as shipped. All sales to residents of North Carolina will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds cannot be made due to packages not arriving by a specific date needed if Standard USPS First class shipping is selected at checkout. The only exception to a refund due to shipping timeframe is if Priority or Express shipping upgrades are selected and the item is documented as arriving after the stated period depending on which upgrade is selected. As stated in the Shipping Policy as well as automated receipt you will receive, standard First Class Shipping cannot be tracked or guaranteed to arrive in a pre-determined amount of time. All time frames noted for First Class shipping are stated as generalizations from past orders and cannot be used as a guarantee of actual arrival date by myself nor the USPS.
If items arrive damaged by USPS, you will need to send a picture of the outer package as received and of the damage to the item to be eligible for a refund. Pictures can also be sent to email@example.com.
As many items in my shop are custom and normally cannot be resold or re-used, refunds are not permitted for any reason other than damage in transit or error in creation based on the request. In the event an item has not been customized and could possibly be resold, you can return the item for a refund of product only. I cannot refund shipping charges for items being returned, and return shipping would be at expense of the buyer. You must contact me prior to sending any return back for return approval, returns will not be accepted without written (email) approval.
For purchases of transfers only, refunds cannot be made once the application process has begun.
