All Domestic Orders shipped via USPS Regular Mail, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (differs by product). All International Orders ship USPS First Class Mail (no tracking provided) shipping does not include potential additional customs charges. Additional return information
We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out, we love our cute creations, but if you aren't 100% happy we will work to remedy the issue, (shipping is non-refundable and custom items are non-refundable, customers are responsible for return postage).
Please note that cancellations after design work has been sent will result in a design charge. Digital Items once downloaded or emailed are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us so we can ensure that we adjust our packing protocol to make sure everything arrives safe and sound the next time around! Additionally, we will work with you to either issue a refund or get you a replacement item. Please contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
