We ship all items via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail wherever possible. We are happy to upgrade to Express Mail when requested (express mail charges apply)
Please allow between 5 to 7 days delivery in the US and 7 to 15 days outside the US. Exceptions apply to those who have specifically REQUESTED and have PAID for Priority or Express Mail.

Custom order items will be scheduled according to agreed times and according to when payment is received.

If you have an order for a large item, for example a slipcover for a sofa, we will be counting production time beginning 24 hours after we receive payments or payment has been cleared.

Custom Order processing times (Not including weekend days and holidays):

Accent pillows and covers - 7 - 10* days not including weekends and holidays

Bench Cushion covers - 7 - 10* days not including weekends and holidays

Bedding - 15 days not including weekends and holidays
~Ruffled Rows tulle bed skirts 15 - 20 days not including weekends and holidays

Dining chair slipcovers - 15 days

Armchair slipcover - 15 days

Love seat or Sofa slipcover - 3 - 4* weeks

(times vary depending on details such as the number of seat and backrest cushions or added piping, time it takes to obtain measurements, etc)

~~~~~~~~~EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING~~~~~~~~

- Our processing time is usually standard to the times posted. We use a line-up for our production, so the shipping date is based on:
1) date when your order is received,
2) when payment is cleared,
3) what the processing time is for your item.

We will accommodate any requests for expedited processing. Please note that there are fees we charge, plus shipping fees. Below is a summary of how some of the fees look like:

- Accent pillows, shams, and covers - 3 business days (add $25 per set)
- Bedding and bed skirts - 7 business days (add $35 each)
- Bench Cushion covers, Bench Cushions - 5 business days (add $35)
- Slipcovers - 7 business days (add $55+ please contact us for more information)

*The estimated production time is per item. Your order may take longer if you have multiple items in your order. Please feel free to call or email us as soon as possible if you have a deadline to meet.

REPAIR SERVICE:

REPAIR SERVICE is available for TULLE bed skirts. The basic price is $45 plus shipping.


The price includes repairing ribbon that has ripped off.

HOLIDAY AND CLOSING TIMES FOR 2018

We will be open for business Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm,

We will be closed for business on WEEKENDS and ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS including the following dates including closings on a Friday preceding a holiday or a closing on a Monday following a holiday.

-JANUARY 1, 2018.


Please put these dates into consideration when calculating your processing and shipping times. We will resume business on January 2nd, 2018.

Public Holidays are all holidays when the USPS and Banks do not open.


Payments

We accept Paypal payments and checks.

CHECK PAYMENTS

Customers paying by check will have to wait till the check clears before we mark an item as paid. Please include the date of when we should expect to receive a check within 48 hours of making a purchase. You may add this information on "note to seller" or send us an email. If we do not receive this information within the 48 hours we will cancel the sale.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, you MUST convo within 48 hours. We will be very happy to replace the item or give you a refund after the unwanted item is received. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY ME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF NOTIFYING OF RETURN REQUEST.

No refunds of shipping. The shipping amount is paid by the customer for any returned or exchanged items.

No refunds or exchanges for all custom items. You are entitled to a one-time adjustment to any slipcover we make for you. Communication is encouraged before any work is done. So feel free to ask as many questions as you like before any work is done for you.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for any items returned that are not custom orders. In very exceptional cases, we will accept returns for a refund on custom orders. The restocking fee is 35% of the sale price of custom orders. ALL items have to be uncut, unwashed, not ripped, or miss any pieces.

NO RETURN ITEMS:
- Custom Items are not returnable (Please see shop policies)
- Duvet covers, Tulle bed skirts, Bed skirts, Any custom item are not returnable.

RETURNABLE ITEMS ( Restocking fee applies. See Shop Policies) :

After making a purchase and the sale is finalized, as a customer, you have agreed to abide by the statements in the SHOP POLICIES (Please read before making a purchase). This means you agree that:

- we will collect due payment for the item you have purchased,
- we will process your order according to stated processing times

~~~NOTE ON BEDDING AND TULLE BED SKIRTS~~~~

For sanitary and allergy concern for our shop and customers, there will be NO RETURN on any tulle bed skirts or bedding since these are all made to order. We make each per order. Customers may contact us if, in a very rare case, there is extreme damage on arrival. We will give you a store credit or resend a similar item or fix the problem.

~~~~~ON TULLE BED SKIRTS~~~~
Please keep in mind that the nature of the tulle materials is: it is a delicate fabric. Customers who purchase tulle bed skirts to use in children's rooms should take this factor into consideration. We constantly advise all our customers to use it with care, as is necessary for all bedding. Do not allow children to tug on the ribbon or the tulle; do not run vacuum cleaners on the tulle or the ribbon because as is with other materials made for bedding, the tulle will rip; etc.

It takes 3 - 4 weeks to repair tulle bed skirts. It may take a shorter processing time for some, provided we don't have to replace any major pieces ( torn tulle from base to ribbon, ribbon ripped off with tulle pieces, etc). We can only assess the damage when the bed skirt arrives and processing times begin only after we have received payment, or we have informed the sender about the assessment of the damage on the bedding.

Please be assured that we use the one of the best quality tight woven burlap fabrics in the market. It costs a little more than your usual craft burlap but it produces the best products for your home.

Since Burlap is a natural fiber and is made from natural jute, it has a grassy scent that some people may be sensitive to.
