We ship your orders 1-3 days after you place your orders. For domestic and international orders, we ship USPS first class package or priority flat rate mail.
If you have a larger order that cannot be well packed in a padded envelope, we will ship it in a small priority mail flat rate box.
We accept all credit cards, Paypal, US money orders, and Etsy gift cards. We ship your orders 1-3 days after you place your orders.
If for some reason we need more time (if we are on the road, etc.) to fill and ship your orders, we'll mention it up front in our store announcement paragraph.
If you pay by US money order, expect a delay on the shipment of your order until I have received and processed your money order payment.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I refund the cost of any product if it isn't satisfactory.
Convo (contact) me with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order if you are dissatisfied for any reason. I allow returns, if notified as above, up to two weeks after shipping domestic orders, and for up to 5 weeks after shipping international orders. All items purchased from me and sent back for a refund to you must be accounted for and should be in the original condition as received.
I do not normally refund shipping costs, because by the time I am asked for a refund, that money has gone to the shipper (USPS) and not to me. I refund shipping costs only when necessary to make right an obvious error I have made, such as having sent the wrong item to you. If the laws of your country demand more, I will comply, but reserve the right to monitor transactions with and cease to do business with your country. Thank you for understanding.
