UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 days after they have been dispatched.
Royal Mail special delivery orders will arrive the next working day after they have been dispasthed.
All prints are carefully sealed in cellophane bags and placed in rigid envelopes so they don't get damaged.
If customers order frames with their prints these will be wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed.
International deliveries will be delivered via standard international airmail. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRACKED SERVICE.

International buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Sometimes customs can hold up parcels for a few weeks. This is unusual but it is possible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned unopened still in any packaging - then I will provide a refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made. Personalised orders can only be refunded if they are damaged or faulty.
