Someone named Rodger near Birmingham, Alabama wore a shirt to work that had this patch on it.
Work shirt name patches are about 2 and 1/2 inches wide by about 1 and 1/2 inches tall.
All of our work shirt name patches are reclaimed from old work shirts and will have varying amounts of wear. Please check the photo.
HOW TO GET THIS WORK SHIRT NAME PATCH FOR FREE
Buy any work shirt from our "Work Shirts and Jackets" section (https://www.etsy.com/shop/HeydayRetroMart?section_id=12789405&ref=shopsection_leftnav_8) and we'll give you any name patch for free.
In most cases, we'll iron on your name patch before shipping. If you'd rather do it yourself, let us know and we'll add a strip of iron-on adhesive paper in the mailing.
HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT NAME PATCH
All patches are tagged for the Etsy search engine with the name on the patch and Heyday, my shop name. For example a search for "Bubba Heyday" would return my patches with the name Bubba on them.

Shipping & policies
Patches are small, flat and light. A patch and several of their friends will fit in a standard USPS envelope and ship with a stamp or two. That's great news for you as we keep shipping costs very low, the lone downside is there is no tracking.
If your order will not fit in a first class envelope, or if your order exceeds $40.00, we will ship with some method that includes tracking.
We're happy to ship using any expedited or tracking services that you are willing to pay for.
Patches = USPS and there is almost never tracking.
Work Shirts, Jackets and Large Patch orders (>$40) = USPS parcel post to include tracking. You are always welcome to ask for any shipping service that you are willing to pay for.
There is also no tracking on any orders outside the US.- Sorry! :-( that's just the way the post office works (or doesn't).
We've also been getting killed lately not charging enough for international packages. Patches are easy, if it fits in an envelope, it ships with a $1.15 international forever stamp. Work shirts have been $15-17 dollars lately for just the shipping to Europe. We are going to start adjusting the shipping profile for each country after we fill the orders. For example, today (7/7/14) we mailed a work shirt to the UK. It cost $16.75 so that's what the new UK shipping charge is for work shirts. Seems like a lot! But we do not try to make any extra on shipping we only want what it costs.
Returns & exchanges
Damaged or You No Like:
If you're not happy, send it back and I'll reimburse the purchase price and the orginal shipping (me to you).
If it never gets to you and there's no tracking, we'll take turns, I'll refund your money on the first occurrence, I won't refund your money on the next ... and if it keeps happening I'll ask you to stop ordering.
Our experience says about 1 in 1,000 order shipped on a USPS flrst class reported missing and never solved. 3 in 1,000 will be returned due to an address typo, and about 5 in 1000 will be thought lost because your roommate/spouse put the mail down in a odd place and forgot to tell you about it. About 10 in 1000 will be super slow in the mail system but eventually show up after you and I have emailed a couple times.
Since most of the time the problem is solved by time, let's wait three weeks before processing a US refund for missing orders and five weeks for international.
