We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and aim to post orders out within 48 hours. If you wish for items to be shipped abroad please contact us with a list of items you wish to purchase and we will provide you with an accurate postage charge.
We try to recycle where possible so items may be packaged in recycled materials.
Any re-delivery costs for uncollected packages will be chargeable.
We can accept payment by credit or debit card online via paypal's secure transaction system. When paying by credit card goods will only be delivered to the card holder’s address. If you have incorrectly placed an order then please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods remain the property of Martha's Home Interiors until payment is received in full.
Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Martha's Home Interiors offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging for new items & in a resalable condition for used items.
If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us by email email@example.com . We advise that all returned items should to be sent by recorded delivery(insured if over £30.00) as Martha's Home Interiors will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused or resalable condition.
Refunds do not include your return postage cost.
If you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, you must contact us first to establish the nature of the fault within 3 days of receipt. If you need to return the item you must again email us & include your name and address and a brief description of the fault.
