These decals can be stuck to just about anything with a flat surface that you want to personalize and decorate: Tervis Tumblers, window, mirror, crafts, car window, laptop, cell phone, tablet, notebook, binder, etc.
Your purchase includes one 5" WIDTH custom monogram sticker in the color and style that you choose from the drop-down menus when purchasing. The decal is measured according to the longest side of the decal.
The initials in a monogram are in this order: first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial.
For example, a monogram for someone named Jennifer Marie Evans would be: jEm
When checking out, please specify the initials for your monogram in the following format:

Decal comes in three parts: Transfer paper, decal, and backing. Easy application instructions will be included with your purchase.
The decal is cut from a high-quality, outdoor permanent vinyl. The decal is removable at any time, but it is not re-usable after it has been removed from the surface.
Decals are made to order and ship out within 3 business days of payment.
All samples orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days) unless another delivery method is chosen at checkout.
Full stationery orders (wedding invitations, programs, save the dates, etc.) ship out via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) unless another delivery method is noted on your wording form and paid for in full.

A $100 deposit is required for custom stationery such as wedding invitations, save the dates, programs, etc. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded. This is due to the time we have invested in creating and designing your proofs.
3 ROUNDS OF PROOFS Your order includes 3 rounds of PDF proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25.
GUEST ADDRESSING PROOFS Proofs of individual envelopes will be sent for orders that include guest addressing. Please make sure your spreadsheet has been finalized before submitting it. Guest address proofs that require more than 10 individual changes after the initial proof will be subject to a $25 design fee.
PAYMENT BEFORE PRINTING Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS Jenny Moore Design Invitations is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process. We are happy to reprint your stationery at a discount in the case of an error found upon delivery.
You can personalize your wedding stationery to any of the colors shown on our color chart. Color changes are complimentary and included in the proofing process.
If you would like a color that is not on our color chart there is a $20 fee for custom color formulation. A chart with various custom color options can be printed and mailed to you for $30 plus $2 shipping.
Returns & exchanges
For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed. Personalized thank you cards are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
The reason there is a cancellation fee is because of the time we spend creating your custom proofs. When you place an order and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalized proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost.
Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.
Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color chart, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly. We always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the color is pleasing and as true as possible to our chart.
