Shipping with be completed through USPS First Class unless otherwise specified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (unless otherwise requested). I reserve my weekends for family time. DCL Ribbon is not responsible for items lost during shipping. In an effort to keep costs low, insurance can be added at buyers request and expense. Priority shipping is available and is listed as an item within my shop. I only ship within the United States at this time.
Payment can be made through Paypal and must be made at time of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the item if payment is not received within 3 days of purchase. When making your payment please be sure that your shipping information is correct and up to date. If you need to discuss your purchase or payment please do so through a message before purchase is complete. I do not accept international orders at this time.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I provide fast customer service. If there is an issue with your order please contact me before leaving a review. If your item is damaged during shipping please provide me with a picture and it will be replaced free of charge. If you are unhappy with your order you may contact me regarding a replacement of an alternate item or store credit. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. I reserve the right to refuse service to a customer. If payment has already been received, a prompt refund will be issued.
