If you need something shipped right away, or to arrive by a certain day/time, CONVO ME at your earliest convenience so that I can work with you to arrange and confirm this for you. In most cases I can accommodate your needs, but success is best ensured by contacting me right away : )
Most items ship within 2-5 business days from completed and paid transaction. If you are needing something right away, please let me know, as in most cases, I can accommodate you.
If an item is relatively large/fragile or heavy, or requires special packaging (needs to be shipped via UPS, etc), please allow more time. Currently, larger or heavy items can only be shipped on weekends in most cases.
Please note that I am a "no frills" shipper, although I do try to use colored tissue paper when I can, depending on the item. I can do a nicer gift wrap type of thing in most cases, upon request. I do have the supplies, but not the time!
Shipping overages of $1 or more will be refunded. For multiple items that combine shipping a refund will be made for any overage. Or, send me a conversation beforehand with a request for an invoice.
We are considered closed (primarily for shipping purposes) on all American holidays, including Martin Luther King Jr., President's, Columbus, and Veteran's Day, as well as Thanksgiving (and the day after), Christmas Eve + Day, and New Year's Eve + Day. I still will likely be available for conversations.
I may not be available to respond to Convo's until the evening (PST) most weekdays.

Payment must be made in full prior to item being prepared for shipment. Payment must be made within 24 hours. Prices on listings are subject to change at any time up to the purchasing point and may fluctuate. Reservation requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. No reservations will be made during the holiday season. Prices are non-negotiable. Sorry: I typically do not respond to price negotiation emails.
