File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Your business is important to me, I use the profits from my sales to help support my family. Payment methods accepted:

Paypal- please note that PayPal advises that sellers only ship to confirmed PayPal shipping addresses. If you can't confirm your shipping address, please use a different method of payment, such as:

Personal Check- If you have shopped with me in the past and we have a professional relationship I usually will ship your items before the check clears. If you are a new customer, please allow me some time for us to get to know each other. I will ship as soon as I can.

Money Order- Money orders are a good way to pay if you can't use PayPal. I ship these orders as soon as payment arrives.

Any orders shipped out of the U.S. can be subject to import customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees which are payable by the recipient (customer) on delivery. Unfortunately, I can't tell in advance what these charges will be as they are established by your own country's customs department.

Customs duty on imports to the UK are determined by the value (purchase price) of the merchandise and its import tax classification and could be as high as 30% of the total invoice value. Most goods arriving in the UK from outside of the EU are subject to any or all of the following imports charges:

* Customs Duty (Import Duty)
* Excise Duty
* Import VAT (Value Added Tax)
* Brokerage and/or Processing Surcharges

You are responsible and legally obliged to pay any and all import duties, taxes and/or brokerage charges that are incurred on the package you receive. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures prior to placing your order. You can find more details on these duties and taxes from your country's Revenue Website. In the UK it is at the official HM Revenue and Customs Website.

Returns & exchanges

If you would like to return an item for exchange, please contact me. I will send you a postage paid box for the return. When I've received your return I will refund your payment or quickly ship your replacement.

Please note that I personally insure every package. If your delivery confirmation number reflects non-delivery after allowing sufficient time for shipping, I will refund your full purchase price, including shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me for a postage paid return box and I'll refund or replace your item upon receipt.

Additional policies

At this time, I don't officially take custom orders. However, I love to hear from you about items you'd like to see in my shop again. I keep you in mind while I'm working and can convo you a reply when I have similar items back in my shop.

I don't offer wholesale at this time.
