We keep most items in stock. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent within 2 working days (Saturdays and Sundays not included) and are generally delivered within the timeframe below (following dispatch): Postal deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1 - 3 workdays Postal deliveries to the rest of Europe: 5 (Germany, Malta, UK, Belgium, Holland...) and 10 workdays (Italy, France Spain, Greece, Gibraltar...) Yes you can return a product within 14 days but you have to let us know first. You will only receive a partial refund (outgoing and incoming postage is not refunded) after we receive the product and after we determine that the packaging was not openend and the product not used in any way. No refund will be given for products that show signs of use, such as finger prints or damage, because these cannot be sold again!

In our delivery charge we include not only the postage stamp but also some of the costs incurred by placing the products online (these include Etsy commissions, PayPal commissions, placement charges), packaging costs, fuel costs for taking your order quickly to the post office, etc. If we had to add all these to the product price, Etsy would charge extra commission on top and we would have to increase product prices considerably- so after all, it turns out cheaper for you like this! However, if you need wholesale amounts, please send us an email and we'll give you our best offer (although we are not wholesalers!!).

Our commitment towards the environment: - if you order 2 or more of the same product, we will generally pack it in one bag. - We recycle all our bubble wrapping - nothing is thrown away. - Wee reuse most of our cardboard boxes - only a very small percentage is thrown away for recycling. - Our padded envelopes are 100% recyclable and made from FSC certified sources. - We don't use glossy paper: All our invoices and stickers are printed on environmentally friendly and recyclable paper with no fancy and glossy coating. - We cycle every other day to the post:Unless it's really pouring, we will take your order to the post using our Kolibri bicycle. - In our office and warehouse we only use low consumption computers and LED lighting.
