Please Note: My shipping is set for 1-3 business days. Sometimes there may be a hiccup, however I will always email you if there is a delay. I will always email you upon shipping your item. so you can be on the lookout for it.

All items are shipped as quickly as possible by USPS--as it is close by. If you prefer FedEx, or UPS, please let me know.
I ship all items with delivery confirmation so you can track your package. If the item is light and small it will be shipped first class. If it is heavy or bulky it might be shipped priority or parcel post. I require signature confirmation on all items $100.00 or more.
I insure items over $100.00. If you want insurance on an item less than $100.00 please email me prior to buying and I will add it to the shipping cost. If it gets broken in transit, I will not be held liable if there was no insurance.
International customers are responsible for their own taxes etc. Sorry, I do not falsify custom forms. Also, since I ship first class USPS, if you would prefer upgraded shipping, please let me know.
USPS does not track packages beyond the USA borders if it is shipped first class. I cannot be held responsible if your item is tied up in your countries customs office.
UptownAntiques accepts Paypal, money orders, checks and of course cash.
Payment needs to be made at the time of your purchase. If you cannot do this, please email me before you make the purchase and I am sure we can work something out.
If you live in the state of Missouri, the state requires me to charge 8.175% sales tax.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please let me know when you receive your item if there is any problem. I will not refund for buyer's remorse, but, if I grossly misrepresent an item, of course you will be refunded.
I am an experienced packer and package each item carefully. If an item arrives damaged, please keep all your packing as the shipping company will want to see it.
I have been in the art, antique, and appraisal business for a very long time. I am interested in repeat customers and guarantee everything I sell.
Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are not always perfect and will show age appropriate wear which sometimes adds to their charm. If there is any glaring issue, I will comment on it in my description and photos.
