This Art Deco Necklace Bead Kit from the 1920s features 48 Blue Beads of various lengths. I bought a number of these kits from a jewelers estate about 25 years ago when I was designing jewelry and selling through galleries. The tube shaped beads are polished on 4 sides and seem to be graduated. The beads also come in their original box with their original stringing cord which was included in the kit.
Some, but, not all of the boxes are marked: made in Japan.
The largest bead measures 1" in length.
All of the Art Deco Beads are in excellent unused condition. The Blue foiled Box is dusty and looks old, however, the package is neatly wrapped with tissue inside as only the Japanese could do.
These Beads are almost 100 years old and show no sign of age! They are a great conversation piece if you decide to string them as they were intended!

Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are not always perfect and will show age appropriate wear which sometimes adds to their charm. If there is any glaring issue, I will comment on it in my description and photos.
