White Dots on Navy - One Yard

100% Cotton Fabric. All fabrics are rotary cut and packaged in a smoke free, pet free environment. We also have other fabrics so be sure to visit our store for more great deals on yardage and collection bundles. If you need more just let us know. We offer bundles of the entire collection on any collection in stock. Bundles can be full yard, half yard, fat quarter or fat eighth bundles. Let us know your request!

Shipping
Shipments are sent Monday thru Friday once payment has been received. All shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service. I will wait to combine shipping if requested. Shipping to US is based on First Class up to 13 oz and Priority Mail over 13 oz.

Sales Tax is necessary for Texas buyers.

Orders ship within 1-2 days of payment. All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Flat rate of $6.95 no matter how much is ordered. USPS raised the Priority Mail rate on 01-21-2018.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
I ship to the address provided to me through Etsy. Please double check that the address is correct.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International customers, please ask me for a shipping quote! Customers are responsible for any additional duty, taxes and/or fees that may be charged at customs. The shipping quote will include the transit, tracking and insurance cost. We will not ship to countries that we can't obtain insurance. Delivery times vary.

INSURANCE:
We have to provide insurance on our shipments. Please understand that the cost of insurance is expensive but is a necessity. I would like to believe that when we ship the package, we are done but it just doesn't work that way, so therefore part of the shipping costs are for insurance purposes.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Flat $6.95 domestic
Cheapest way on international shipments...feel free to ask for specific charges

Shipping charges include the actual shipping charges, insurance, handling, and shipping supplies. Please understand these costs are real and must be part of the transaction.

Payment
We accept Etsy Direct Checkout, Paypal, and Etsy Gift Cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks but the funds must clear before shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us if there is any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will accept returns on fabric within 7 days. Fabric must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please request an authorization number before sending your returns.

Texas customers pay 8.25% sales tax.

Custom orders are not held or cut until they are paid for. You do risk us running out of a fabric if not paid for right away. If you give us notice of delayed payment we can of course hold it for you!:)

International buyers are responsible for any additional duty, taxes and/or fees that may be charged at customs.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We accept refunds on merchandise that is in the same condition when it was originally shipped. We do not accept refunds on patterns, books, bundles or kits. We are not responsible for the shipping costs on return merchandise unless it is our mistake.

If you are going to send merchandise back for a refund, you must have an authorization number. Please contact the store for an authorization number before shipping. Any returns without an authorization number will not be warranted.
Additional policies

We cut and package all of our fabric unless noted. You are guaranteed of getting a generous cut when you order fat quarters, fat eighths and half yards. Manufactured precuts will be noted and shipped as the picture in the listing unless they are being shipped internationally.
