Returns for cut merchandise (such as fabrics, trims and laces) are not accepted unless there is a gross misrepresentation of color or pattern. For example, you received blue lace instead of red. Please consider the difference in computer monitors and lighting.

Please note, many of our trims and laces come from different dye lots. If you order an item and plan to reorder it in the future, it may come from a different dye lot and have a variation in shade. If a close or exact match is important to you, we recommend purchasing from the same dye lot or keep a swatch with us on file. If you purchase items of the same color, but in various widths, the color may vary from one item to another, depending on the width (for example, 3/8" blue elastic may differ in shade from 3/4" blue).

We offer samples upon request whenever possible, so customers have the opportunity to see the material in person before buying.

Returns for merchandise that is not cut (jewelry, for example) are accepted if there is gross misrepresentation of an item in our store (such as wrong size).

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt date and received by our shop within 14 days of original receipt of merchandise by customer.

We try to accommodate order cancellations based on timing of the request. Once fabric has been sent to cutting room, it may be too late to cancel. We may also charge a 10-30% restocking fee depending on the item purchased and amount of work involved in restocking the item.


Shipping insurance is recommended and can be offered at an additional cost upon request.
