If your package was shipped to an INCORRECT address because the address was not updated, I will NOT replace the product nor will I refund any monies because of the incorrect address. You are welcomed to place another order at your cost using the CORRECT address or you can wait to see if the package is returned back to Southern Imprint. At that point, I will contact you and make arrangements to have it re-shipped to you at the correct address and at your cost. If you decide that you do not want the item at this point, NO monies will be refunded to you if it is a personalized item otherwise the decision of a refund will be made at Southern Imprints discretion.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON LISTED ABOVE AND YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO HAVE THE PACKAGE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, AT YOUR COST, THEN YOU FORFEIT THE ITEM AND ANY MONIES INCURRED.
This applies to ANY and ALL items regardless of whether it is a custom piece or not. If you choose to do business in this manner, please note (again)...YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE. (I can "re-mail" the item back to you but it will be at YOUR cost). All transactions will be done with professionalism and respect for each other, but the rules must be followed.
I will fix any mistakes that were made on MY part, but the original item must be mailed back to Southern Imprint. Item must be returned at YOUR COST AND WITH A TRACKING NUMBER(tracking is to protect you) and in the package that it was sent to you. Once I see that it was my mistake, I will refund those shipping fees that you incurred sending it back to me. At that point, I will re-make your item and ship to you promptly at my cost.
Upon my receiving the item, a final inspection will be done. If there are any damages, item was NOT returned in original condition, or item has been worn and has noticeable wear, I reserve the right to NOT refund or exchange any monies including the shipping prices you incurred.
I do realize that you can change your mind on your purchase and these steps will need to be followed...
**Contact me immediately...(within (48 HOURS) of the package delivery date) and I will tell you what can to be done.
**After contacting me, the item will need to be postmarked and returned in original state, unworn, undamaged, and shipped back to me with a tracking number... within (7) days of the package delivery date.
**CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED orders CAN NOT be returned for REFUND or EXCHANGE.(unless a mistake was made by me..see above).
**Any jewelry that has been altered, attempt to alter, or changed will NOT be eligible for REFUND or EXCHANGE.
**There will be a 30% restocking fee and the remaining amount, less the shipping and/or tax(if applicable), will be refunded to you.
All eligible returns will receive a refund within (5) business days upon inspection and acceptance of condition of item.

*** I WILL warranty ANY of my jewelry against DEFECTS IN MATERIAL for 30 days after purchase. Marks made by normal wear and tear or metal to metal rubbing, or metal to charm/stones rubbing are NOT considered defects. Any charms that show wear and tear from daily use is NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
The original piece will need to be returned to Southern Imprint for inspection. Upon inspection, if defects are found, any repairs or replacements will be done at no cost to you. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or misuse or improper handling or storage is NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
I will NOT WARRANTY any item if lost. I will NOT WARRANTY any metal, disc, charm, or birthstone that "falls off" from any piece of jewelry.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE AND UPKEEP OF YOUR JEWELRY.
*** If a CHAIN breaks within 30 days, you will need to contact me. If you feel that is was a faulty chain, you will need to send the chain back to Southern Imprint at your cost. Upon receiving and upon inspection a decision will be made as to whether is was faulty metal or normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect. If it is found to be faulty, I will replace and mail you a new one at no charge. If it is found that the piece broke from wear and tear, misuse, abuse or neglect, the chain will NOT be replaced or repaired. WARRANTY WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SOUTHERN IMPRINT.
***If a CUFF bracelet breaks within 30 days, you will need to contact me. The cuff will need to be sent back to Southern Imprint at your cost. Upon receiving and upon inspection a decision will be made as to whether the metal was faulty or if the damage was because of normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect. If it is found to be faulty, I will replace or repair item and mail back to you at no charge.
IF THE CUFF is broken because of normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper way of putting on and removal of cuff, I WILL NOT WARRANTY THE CUFF. A CUFF SHOULD BE PUT ONTO THE WRIST WITH A "SLIDING ON AND TURNING INTO PLACE" MOTION...SAME GOES WITH REMOVAL BUT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THIS ACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THE CARE OF YOUR CUFF. (I will include directions on "how to" in your purchase. You can also google to see the proper way to put on and remove a cuff.) WARRANTY WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SOUTHERN IMPRINT.
***I will NOT warranty any STONE that becomes damaged, scratched, or breaks in your care. KNOW YOUR STONE AND THE CARE FOR IT.
I will NOT warranty any stone that falls out or is lost unless the setting is faulty.
The item will need to be returned to Southern Imprint(with tracking) so that it can be examined to see if it was a faulty setting or if the item was altered, misused, abused, or neglected. Once examined, I will contact you with the results. If the item had a faulty setting, I will repair the item and return it at no cost to you. If it is found to be altered, misused, abused, or neglected, the item will be returned to you, at your cost, with no repair, replacement, exchange, or refund unless you want to have the item fixed, at which point I will quote you a price.
*PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE CARE/UPKEEP OF ANY STONE BEFORE PURCHASING AND DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE OF IT.

***RE-SIZING AND JEWELRY WITH STONES***
**FOR ACCURATE RING SIZING, I recommend that you have a jeweler professionally size your finger.
BE SURE THE SIZE YOU ORDER IS THE CORRECT SIZE. If you are going to be adding more that (4) rings, I would suggest that you increase the size of the additional bands to accommodate the width of the rings.
** Jewelry with stones CAN NOT BE RE-SIZED. THESE ARE CUSTOM AND CAN NOT BE RE-SIZED, EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED. STONE SETTINGS CAN NOT BE RE-SIZED WITHOUT POTENTIALLY AFFECTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE PIECE.

I do my utmost to produce the highest quality hand stamped jewelry. No two pieces are exactly the same. Letters do not always aligned or space perfectly, and the depth of letters will vary from piece to piece, which only adds to the character.
Note that metal on metal will cause surface scratching over time from wear, as will swarovski crystals and charms on top of metal. These natural variations should be expected and are not considered flaws but rather the uniqueness of the piece.
