Item details

This is a genuine vintage bonnet or ear-warmer pattern for women. It is called "Head Hugger" and is describe as "A cozy, becoming band". "Head Hugger" has a very 1960s look.

The pattern is from "Learn to Knit Clothing Project". It is a fairly easy pattern, with ribbing, seams and pom-poms. It is an excellent pattern for beginners (even kids!), or someone who wants a quick project. This pattern is written for 4-ply worsted weight yarn, with #5 straight needles. There are excellent illustrations to help clarify the pattern, if needed. It would be a great way to teach a beginner new skills, such as making pom-poms and seaming ribbed pieces.

I am selling this as a black-and-white .pdf, with only a few downloads available. It is a scan of the original pattern.
