A variety of metal charms available to be added to your Friendship Bracelets. Each is pictured in the colour it is available. (silver tone, gold-tone or bronze-toned) Each charm comes with a matching jump ring included.
You can order these to add to your own bracelets, or to be added to a bracelet you order from me.

I will send you a note that I’ve received your order as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address on your account, I will contact you to advise of the situation. If I do not receive a reply within 7 days, I will refund your payment, and you will need to submit your order again to have your items reshipped.
I use Australia Post. To keep my shipping costs as low as possible, I post most orders as 'large letter', as advised by Australia Post.
Please Note: International postage does NOT include tracking. If you require tracking, you will need to select upgraded shipping.
Please note: ALL items are made to order, and are made in order of purchase. It can take from 1 day to 4 weeks from receiving your order to shipping, sometimes longer, depending on how many other orders I have.
So please bear this in mind when ordering, and notify me if you need something in a hurry, BEFORE you order. Please check the shipping policy information before submitting your order.
Packaging: I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so where possible I will recycle bubble wrap, to keep packaging costs at a minimum.
Shipping Times: Postage times are estimates only, based on the information obtained from Australia Post. Most of the time orders arrive within the postal guide, but please be aware that often delivery times are much longer than Australia Post estimates, especially for international orders. Once I have sent an order, I am not responsible for the time it takes to be delivered, as it is out of my control. Therefore, you need to allow up to 2 weeks for Australian delivery, and up to 5 weeks for International delivery before I will resend an order that has not arrived.

Payment for items must be made within 48hrs of commitment to purchase. If there are problems doing so, you must contact me to make arrangements, otherwise the item will be re-listed for sale.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns accepted within 30 days of shipping date. Contact MUST be made as soon as possible regarding returns. Return shipping must be paid for by the buyer, and must be sent in original packaging and unused.
Refunds are only given to faulty or damaged goods, not for change of mind.
Custom made items are not available for refund.
Please be aware that you need to allow up to 2 weeks for Australian delivery, and up to 5 weeks for International delivery before I will issue a refund or resend an order that has not arrived. (This is due to previous experience of postage taking longer than expected.)
All orders must be paid in full before work commencing.
