Additional policies

All items sold by Designer Dolls Clothes are subject to UK laws.

All items sold by Designer Dolls Clothes are intended for use by doll collectors. They are not sold as toys due to very small parts that could be hazardous to young children.

Customers buying patterns may sell the finished items, however, this is on the understanding that it is made clear that the item is from a Designer Dolls Clothes pattern. Please respect my work and do not pass off finished items as your own designs.

You may not copy finished outfits in my shop to sell. If they are not written and sold as a knitting pattern you may not sell my designs under any circumstances. I do find out and I have and will take action.

Unless specified, all items in my shop are designed and hand made by myself. I do not knit or design for anyone else. All designs and photographs in my shop are the property of myself, Tracey Devenney, and all designs and photographs are copyrighted as such.

The Intellectual Property Act 2014 made various minor changes to the Patents Act (Frankfurt: 0LW.F - news) 1977 and all these all come into effect on October 1.
Aimed at simplifying copyright law, cutting red tape and saving money for small businesses, the changes strengthen design protection and make it a criminal offence to copy registered designs.
