As we ship most items via Priority Mail (1-3 Days) your items are insured up to $50 at no additional charge. We recommend paying extra charge for insurance when buying glass items in case of breakage in the shipping process. We DO pack very well and carefully to assure safe arrival.I try to use the most cost effective shipping method for the piece and purchase price unless you request differently. The shipping prices are for US ONLY. We will ship the least expensive way, often UPS is much more expensive for the item purchased. Bottom-line is everyone puts in shipping just a matter of where they put it in, we state ours as we all know shipping cost is a reality. Parcel Select is used periodically for heavy items and all books and albums are shipped using media mail. International Shipments will be considered, email us your ship to address and we will provide the cost for getting to you and if you agree we will. It is sometimes slower delivery , but it gets to you. If any customs are involved delays can occur beyond our control.
Payment should be made at the time of purchase and must be made within 24 hours using Paypal as I will ship the next business day after payment is received. Credit Cards or Debit/Check Cards without becoming Paypal member, just look for link on left side of check out.
Returns & exchanges
No returns, exchanges. Due to the vintage nature of the items on this site, all sales are final. We do our best to describe all items accurately, Little this Little that, is not responsible for breakage or damage to items once they have been shipped, therefore I recommend buying insurance for breakables.
Shipping outside USA upon request. We usually accommodate at exact cost.
