I ship either the day the order is placed or the following day. If it will be longer than that I will always let you know and make sure you don't need to upgrade shipping to receive your item on time.
Returns & exchanges
The most important thing to me as a small business owner is customer service. If for any reason your item is not what you expected I will refund the purchase price upon receiving the item back in the mail. If the item arrives damaged, please contact me and we will make a suitable arrangement for a refund.
