I usually post every day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am will normally be processed the following working day.
UK delivery is by First Class Royal Mail. If you wish to upgrade your order to Guaranteed Next Day then get in touch as early as possible and I will let you know if I can do this for you, and also the additional cost.
International delivery is by airmail and cannot be upgraded.
Please allow three working days for delivery in the UK, and 12 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.
I always send an email to advise when I have posted your order.
Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days.
I do not accept e-cheques.
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made.

When you place an order on ETSY, you are consenting for me to receive this information (your name, address and paypal information) so I can complete your order for you and refund you if needed.
