All domestic transactions will ship within 1-3 business days after payment has posted. I ship all items using base USPS shipping (transit time 5-9 days per USPS estimates). Please plan accordingly If you have time constraints.
International Customers please note:
TRACKING: There is no way of tracking international packages once they leave US territory unless you pay a fee to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME: Please allow at least 2-6 weeks for package arrival.
International buyers are responsible for all duty fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please be aware of your contry's fees related to international goods. I will not mark the package as "gift" or alter the value of goods.
CARAMELOS is not responsible for lost domestic or overseas shipments.

If your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses do not match, please let me know when ordering which address to ship to.

You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
YOUR EMMEDIATE PAYMENT AFTER PURCHASE IS MUCH APPRECIATED. However, ORDERS AND RESEVED LISTINGS that are not paid within one week (without any attempt to contact me), will be canceled.
California sales tax will be added to all purchases within California.

Returns & exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If for some reason you are not satisfied or have any concerns regarding your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me before posting any negative or neutral feedback.
I will provide a refund once the item has been returned and is in the same condition in which it was sent. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
PURCHASING LARGER OR DIFFERENT QANTITIES: If you would like to add more items to your purchase PLEASE contact me via a convo BEFORE making your purchase. I will create a custom listing and that way avoid multiple transaction.
