Item details

Custom Embroidery Digitizing.

All images must be submitted for quotes prior to making a purchase. Size, format and special instructions must be included.

This is a digitizing service only for people that have an embroidery machine. Files will be sent via email. ART format not available.

Most work is completed within 2 business days of payment, Monday through Friday. I do require up to midnight Pacific time of the 2nd business day to email the file to you. I will answer Etsy messages on the weekends, but I do not work on the weekends.

Orders placed on Thursday are ready on Monday and orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are ready on Tuesday.

No refunds on digital files, however I will make modifications to the file to make it satisfactory. If micro thread has been advised for small text and small details, you must use it in order to make the design stitch well.

It is up to the user to know how to operate their machine properly, using proper stabilizer, fabric and thread combinations.

Returns & exchanges

We do not refund digital items. If there's a problem we will work with you to resolve any issues you encounter. Adjustments to files can be made within reason. No further adjustments can be made if we have tested the file and it stitches correctly for us. The end user must know how to properly use their embroidery machine with correct stabilizer and fabric combinations. We will be happy to work with you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Additional policies

Please know how to use an embroidery machine and how to properly stabilize your fabric. Stabilizer is key to having a good stitch out. If your fabric is not stabilized well and hooped tightly, you will get sloppy results.

Personal artwork is never resold, however images that you do not own the rights, such as a national sports teams, commercial logos, etc., I reserve the right to resell on my website directly.
