*** This is a listing for a Sewing Pattern only!!!! ******
The Fluffie Rufflie Pantaloon Pattern is a design that became popular in the Tribal Belly Dance scene. Inspired by Victoriana, Ruffles, Flounces, Underpinnings, and Tribal Belly Dance, these have crept into wardrobes the world over!
Although a fairly simple design, you must have a basic knowledge of sewing and pattern shapes in order to use this pattern! A set of written instructions are included and a very helpful tutorial is up at www.kathleencrowleycouture.com, but this pattern is not marked like a commercial pattern. If you dont know what you are doing, this pattern may not make sense to you!
These are printed up on heavy white paper and you may sew yourselves a pair, sew some up for your troupe or your family, or your neighbors, but you are not allowed to use this pattern to produce these pants in any quantity for wholesale or retail. This is a Kathleen Crowley design and has been tested on bodies of all shapes and sizes!
Multi - sized from XS - XL This pattern has no printed inseam allowance. Using a 1/2" SA is advised. I always suggest you make a mock up first!
You can make these flounces and the upper body out of many different types of fabric (although stretch knits are not recommended for the upper portion of the pant.). The flounces can get quite heavy, although wearing them feels amazing! Very lush and visually stunning! The creative sky is the limit!
****Patterns are non refundable!**** *This pattern is sent out at a flat rate. If you would like delivery confirmation or faster delivery, please convo us and we will calculate the extra fee + any extra fees incurred through paypal and invoice you for the extra shipping rate. Thanks!
Haven’t made it yet, but pattern doesn’t look too difficult. You’ll have to make some adjustments on your own, but an ambitious beginner could probably figure it out. Paper quality is spot on! Somewhere between tracing paper and regular printer paper, none of that flimsy tissue paper that the big companies use. Kathleen knows what’s up!
