I usually ship UK orders by Royal Mail first-class post within 1-2 days of receiving full payment. If there is likely to be a delay, I will notify you immediately and, if you prefer, you can cancel the order and I will refund all payments.
Overseas orders will be shipped by Royal Mail airmail unless otherwise requested or advised.
Customs declarations for overseas shipments will disclose the actual sales value of the goods. Any customs restrictions or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that higher value orders (above £20) will generally be shipped by a tracked or signed-for service; the cost of this is included in the postage costs shown.
I accept payment by Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout. Please note that for Paypal payments it is not necessary to have a Paypal account as Paypal offers the facility to pay by debit/credit card instead.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Under UK/EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund. Please message me or contact me by e-mail before returning any goods.

Returned goods must be in their original purchased condition and adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. If returned goods show signs of use or damage since they were purchased, the amount refunded may be reduced to compensate for loss of value.
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and I would recommend obtaining proof of postage in case goods are lost. Refunds will be given within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or proof of postage.
If goods are received in a faulty or damaged state (excluding any faults/damage mentioned in the item description) please notify me immediately. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to put things right.
