Item details

During this cross-quarter holiday the Cervid Constellation is above marking the rutting of the deer. Deer all over the northern hemisphere (Borealis) are in, or getting into, their rut and this imagery is to commemorate this natural seasonal event this time of year.

Within this package of carving patterns you can find a deer species that resides in your region of the world. This way we can better connect to the cycles of nature where we are.

Carving The CERVID Constellation
Once printed you pin the sheet onto the surface you wish to carve. Then you utilize a pin to poke along the entire outline. Once the whole outline is marked out, remove the sheet and start carving. The star holes were achieved by poking a pencil through the surface. You can otherwise use a sharp twig of an appropriate size. Thin out the inside of the pumpkin for maximum effect.
