Because shipping from Sweden is so expensive, I aim to keep costs down by shipping the least expensive way: the Swedish Postal Service.
While transport time is relatively fast, I cannot guarantee dates or offer any tracking services on general post. If you would like to upgrade shipping for items to include a tracking number it costs an additions $12 and can be done at the time of check out.
I combine shipping for multiple items--just pay as normal, and I will reimburse you for any difference in the cost (over $2). So for example, if you buy two items where the shipping cost is $9 each, when I combine the shipping it will probably only be $12 (instead of $18) so I will issue a $6 refund. (However if you buy two items that have $3 shipping each and when I ship them together the shipping is $5, I will not issue a refund for the $2)
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not give refunds for items lost in the mail. It rarely happens, but if you are concerned about things getting lost by the post, then please purchase a tracking number, which also includes insurance.
If you would like to purchase tracking numbers/insurance, please do so at the time of check out.
I take great care in packing items, so an item is damaged due to the post's negligence, you will have to take it up with the post. If it is clear that the reason the item got damaged was because I did a lousy job packing it, then I will refund the cost of the item. But again, if you purchase a tracking number, it does include insurance and will most likely cover damages to the item.
If you are truly not satisfied with an item, then please contact me as soon as possible and we can work something out. I'm nice, and honest. I promise.
