All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service with 48 hours (excluding holidays) of purchase. International shipping is available. If the location you wish to have an item shipped to is not available on the shipping costs menu, please message for a shipping quote and further details.
Insurance, while strongly recommended especially on fragile items, is the responsibility of the buyer. Most items within the U.S. are shipped priority which includes $50 insurance with the shipping cost. If your item has a value more than $50 or if it is not being shipped priority, you with receive a message before shipment with a quote on additional insurance cost asking whether you would like to add insurance. Although fragile items are very carefully packaged, accidents do happen in transit and insurance is strongly recommended.
Payments may be made via Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards through Etsy and Etsy Gift Cards. If payment is not received within 5 days, the sale will be canceled. Please message in advance if payment arrangements need to be made.
Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please message immediately and an amicable solution will be worked out.
All the items sold are either upcycled, vintage or antique and thus likely have some character, i.e. flaws, dents, scratches etc. Any wear and tear is described as accurately as possible in the listing with photos when possible. Please ask questions or request additional photos if needed before you commit to purchase so that you are happy with your purchase.
Items can be reserved for up to 7 days. Please message to request a reservation. If the item is not purchased within the amount of time agreed upon in advance, it will be relisted in the shop.
