All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a 3-5 day ship time. Priority shipping upgrades are available during the checkout process and have a 2-3 day ship time. Priority mail is Insured up to $50. I am not responsible for any lost packages that have not been insured. I strongly suggest paying the extra small cost to insure your package. Please contact me for insurances prices for your order
All shipping labels are created and printed through Etsy so be sure to have your shipping address updated before placing your order. Orders will not be refunded because your shipping address was not current. Please do not add instructions to change your address in the notes box as these are rarely seen and we can not change your address, it is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If it is not, you may cancel your order and resubmit with the correct address.
You will receive a notification that includes a tracking number for your package when your order has shipped. I am not responsible for packages that are lost and have been marked as delivered by the postal service. Please keep an eye on your tracking if you have time. You can track your package through your recent purchases page on Etsy.

We currently only accept payment via PayPal. All orders must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled. Massachusetts residents will be charged a 6.25% sales tax
Returns & exchanges
I hand punch and/or hand cut each piece myself and stand behind my products 100%. However, I reserve the right to grant refunds or exchanges solely at my discretion. Refunds and exchanges will not be given after 14 days.
If an item is received damaged or I have made a mistake on your order, I will exchange or give you a store credit only after the item has been returned to Blank Man 13 Supplies in the condition it was received.
As a business owner, customer service is very important me as I know is to you, the customer. I strive to provide the best customer service, implemented with fairness, kindness and respect. You deserve to be treated respectively and kindly.
