UK Postage: I offer FREE POSTAGE on most of my items. All items are sent via second class mail, where possible, to ensure the cost is kept to a minimum. For larger orders I use ParcelForce express48, which is a tracked service and you will be supplied with a tracking number upon request.
International Shipping: Most orders are sent via the Royal Mail International Standard service, which aims for delivery within 5-7 days. Larger orders are sent via Parcel Force Global Value which states delivery between 5-8 days. Both these services are UNTRACKED. In my experience, during busy periods (esp. Christmas) these services tend to be delayed so please bear this in mind when ordering and leave plenty of time.
In some case multiple items will be split into multiple packages and sent as a single consignment.
I am happy to accommodate faster delivery requirements should you wish, but please get in touch about this BEFORE placing your order. Please note that this would affect the listed price for delivery. Alternatively, if you would like to make your own shipping arrangements then, again, get in touch before ordering.
All items are extremely well packaged and secure. In the most part they are unmarked, except for a return address which bears my company logo.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
As with any handmade item, individual marks left by the making process are visible and, therefore, a certain level of inconsistency between pieces exists. However, should you be unsatisfied with any aspect of my work, do please get in contact. At the end of the day it is important to me that you are happy with your order.
All of my work is made to order, so please allow for this time when ordering. If you have a deadline that you need the order by then please get in touch as I may be able to accommodate this. You need to allow for shipping times when considering this.
I will always endeavour to complete the order within the time specified, however there will always be the odd occasion when this isn't possible, if this is the case I will ensure that this is communicated. As ever, if there are time constraints on your order please let me know.
During busy periods like Christmas etc. I will always try to meet the appropriate postal deadline to get your order out to you in time. Again, if you want your order in time for a particular event or occasion, please let me know and I shall try my best to accomplish this.
