Naughty or Nice Wine Charms will come in a red organza bag. 2 of each naughty or nice charms are included with red and crystal clear beads that adorn the wire.

Your guests will have fun guessing which side they are on, as well as which beads are on their wire, as they are placed different for each set.

Please note: Orders placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on Monday unless otherwise stated. If more than one item is purchased, there is normally a fee for a second item or more, but this will normally be sent priority flat rate. Custom orders may have different shipping rates, but I will discuss those at the time of the purchase and will bill accordingly on the reserved custom order listing. I have an upgrade to ship priority, but please note, made to order items may take longer, but once shipped would get to it's destination in less time. Most items that are shipped priority would be flat rate shipping.

Shipping is by USPS, unless otherwise specified.

If an item is listed, it is in stock. I will be replenishing once the quantity in stock is exhausted, unless it is one of a kind. Most items are made to order, so please ask if you need more of a quantity than what is posted before ordering to make sure I have what you need.

I ship as fast as I can after an order is finalized. Many orders are made to order. Any custom order can take longer and depends on drying time, supply, etc. I will give an estimated time of arrival on this type of order, but I normally will let a customer know in a convo when I receive the order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do accept refunds. I pride myself in quality work, but I do know that things happen from time to time. If you find a damaged item, please notify me immediately. If I have the item in stock, I will replace it. If not in stock, I will give a refund for the item amount, depending on the circumstances, but am always happy to work with customers. I also take pride in my customer service and will do whatever I can do make something right and make it a pleasant shopping experience.

Pendants, beads and all other jewelry should not be exposed to water or moisture to stay in wearable shape. If you receive a product with an epoxy sticker in place of glass, these do scratch easily or get marks with wear. Any hairspray, or other sprays, lotions or the like will damage your jewelry. Keeping your item in a small ziplock bag will help your jewelry stay in good shape and tarnishing will not occur as quickly. Sometimes I will send along a black small piece of tarnish paper. Please keep this in your ziplock with the jewelry. Again, pendants should not be exposed to water or moisture. It can loosen the image and glass on the bezel, which otherwise should remain in place. The same goes for the epoxy stickers.

All bangles that have an image attached covered in a dome need to be cared for when washing hands or near water. Please do not get these images wet. I suggest putting your bangle way up on your arm before washing your hands and drying. Any moisture that gets under the glass will break the seal, even though I take great care in sealing these images with a water resistant sealant, not entirely waterproof, this goes for other images as well as stated above.

Please note: Most of the bangles are fully adjustable, the heavier the wire, it will not adjust quite as easily. You need to squeeze them to make them smaller, obviously pull to open to make them larger and get on and off easily. Most are plated brass and the plating can come off with wear. This occurs with even the most popular brand of bangles. I am starting to use stainless steel more, which will be stated in the description, but please note that the pricing is a bit higher on these pieces.

Please note, tarnishing will occur at some point, and will with most jewelry. Some of the jewelry is plated brass, but with care should not show through. Using a polishing cloth made specifically for jewelry can help to keep your jewelry sparkling and free of tarnish, but this is a natural process as the jewelry ages or is exposed to the elements. If a higher quality piece is used, I will state this, but most of what I use is Tibetan silver, brass and silver plated items. This is one way I can keep the cost of my jewelry at a lower price.
