I am unable to issue a refund for damages caused through shipping. Shipping insurance may be purchased. (If you want insurance on your package, please notify me BEFORE you purchase the item so I can create a custom listing for you with the appropriate cost of shipping.) I also cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
If an item is damaged during shipping, I will file a claim with USPS. I will need pictures of the item before I can submit the claim to USPS. USPS says claims can take up to 30 days before payment will be received. Once I receive payment of the damage, I can resend the order.
If you are disappointed in a digital file purchase, unfortunately I cannot refund your money because it cannot be physically returned.

Q: Can I buy more than one of the same item? A: Of course! Discount shipping is available on multi-item orders.
