Item details

One bunch of 100 double-ended stamens in moss green pearl. Each filament measures approx. 2.5" including the pearly tips. Great for making flowers and embellishing all sorts of millinery projects and crafts. Offered in lots of colors - check my listings for the others.

Stamens are shipped in padded envelopes unless purchased with other millinery items that are boxed. Please read my shop policies and know that I refund all shipping charges that exceed the actual cost of postage and packing materials.

Shipping prices on listings are for First Class mail. If you need expedited shipping, please message me for a quote.

I will ship your items within three business days (usually same or next business day) of receiving cleared payment via USPS. All millinery items are shipped in boxes to prevent crushing. Shipping charges over actual cost of postage and materials will be cheerfully refunded to your account when I package your order. Please make sure that your address on file with Paypal and Etsy is correct as that is the address where your purchase will be shipped!

I welcome international customers. Quoted rates for international shipments from my shop are estimates - and I will refund any shipping fees that exceed actual cost of packing materials, insurance and postage. All customs, VAT, and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I make no promises on how long it will take for international packages to arrive as it can range from a few days to a few months - depending on destination and processing through customs. International shipments are insured - but I can not file a claim for missing packages until 45 days have passed from the ship date. All requests for missing packages must be received within 90 days of purchase as that is when insurance claim coverage expires! If you need your package quickly, please contact me for pricing on expedited shipping options. You are responsible for knowing about any postal or import restrictions in your country that would prevent delivery to you.

Providing false information on customs forms is a crime with serious penalties and we do not do it.


Payments

I accept payment via PayPal, Etsy gift card, or by credit card through Etsy. Payment is expected immediately or the item will be relisted. I am happy to accept requests for custom / reserve listings, however they must be purchased within three (3) days of listing. Reserve listings and custom orders not paid for within 3 days will be removed unless prior arrangements are made. Please do not ask for a reserved listing that you do not intend to buy!

All taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Residents of North Carolina will be charged 6.75% sales tax in accordance with state law.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I describe the items I sell accurately and I have a "no refunds" policy unless I have misrepresented an item. Refund will be for the original purchase price unless there is an error in the original listing. The item must be returned within 14 days, and must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. In all cases, I must be notified that you are returning an item (within 7 days for US orders, 14 days for international orders.) International orders are insured against loss but claims cannot be submitted until 40 days after date of mailing. Refunds will not be processed until claims are initiated. There are no returns or exchanges for items marked as "clearance sale." Please note: many items I sell are vintage and are sold in "as is" condition. Vintage items may be unused, but they are not new and should not be expected to be in new condition. Please read item descriptions carefully and ask questions before you purchase.

If you find you must cancel an order, you must do so immediately. We process orders very quickly - usually the same or next day - and once your order has been prepared for shipment, no cancellations will be approved.

Packages returned to me due to the buyer's failure to pick up their package will receive refund for items but not shipping charges. All packages are sent using tracking numbers and it the buyers responsibility to communicate with local postal authorities regarding pick up options. This policy also applies to international packages returned to me due to buyer failure to pay VAT / customs / and any other local fee or tax.

Additional policies

We are not wholesalers and do not offer wholesale prices. The foundation of our business is providing fair prices to everyone. Many items are on sale in the shop, and there is also a clearance section if you are looking for deeper discounts. Some discount may be available for very large bulk purchases of certain items.

We do not add pins or clips to the items we sell in the shop, though some items may come with that from the manufacturer. If the flower comes with a pin or clip - that will be noted in the item description / specifications. It is easy to add those yourself though - just convo me for details.
