****NOTE: International packages can take up to 2 weeks to 30 days to arrive. I will not declare any package, domestic or international, missing until 30 days after the mailing date.

INSURANCE: Priority Mail already grants $50 insurance on their packages. For larger orders more than $50, I provide additional insurance if buyer chooses Priority Mail as the shipping option..

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRACKING: Delivery confirmation is included on all packages. Buyer will receive a shipment notification from me (through Etsy) when the package ships.

****NOTE: I am not responsible for what the USPS does with the package once they take possession from me and scan it. When I ship packages during the week, I make sure to watch my packages get scanned in and get a receipt for all packages dropped off. If the USPS fails to scan the package and/or the package becomes lost, I will work with the USPS and customer to find a resolution to the problem. If the package is marked DELIVERED, then I have to assume that it is in the customer's possession.

****MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM CANCELLATIONS****

Because I purchase materials and begin production on made-to-order and custom items within the first 24 hours after sale, buyer is only eligible for 50% refund of the purchase price if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after sale.

If your package has not arrived and the delivery confirmation states that it has been delivered, I would highly recommend speaking with your P.O. and/or postman/woman. If the package still isn't found, I will refund the money or send a replacement if able. I always strive to make this shopping experience positive for the buyer.

I do keep records of lost package reports in order to reduce any false reporting.

Additional policies

I do accept custom orders through the Custom Request shop button and through convo.

Custom orders (especially large projects) require a down payment to take care of the cost of supplies. These items would include: afghans, baby layette sets, doilies, fingerless gloves, and purses.

I do not really sell items at wholesale prices because items still take as much time and supplies as they would when I sell them separately in my own store.
