Orders are sent to the address provided on Etsy receipt, if you need to change the shipping address after you have placed your order, the best way to do so is to cancel the order and reorder with the correct shipping address. As of now, Etsy has no way for me to change an address until the time of shipping, and so I would have to rely on memory to do so and that just is not 100% certain.
Production time varies on the size of the order. See timeline for orders on the item's listing page. I ship most orders via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 days. Very small orders such as tags or 10 blank cards are shipped standard USPS so they may take 4-6 days, unless you speak with me and arrange otherwise.
Overnight shipping is available upon request, and with additional charge.
International order shipping times can vary depending where you are. Canadian orders take about 7-10 days. European orders take about 10-14 days. Further countries can take 2-3 weeks (however a of times I've had an order held up at customs and took longer).
I take the utmost care to wrap and secure pieces for their long journey to make sure they arrive safely.

I accept Direct Checkout for debit/credit card payments, Etsy Gift Cards, as well as PayPal (US customers only for PayPal).

Purchased products can be shipped only after the full payment has been made and reached my account..
Returns & exchanges
Printed Orders: Regular (not custom) orders that are unused and in sellable condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (however shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was proved to have an error by me). Custom orders cannot be returned, unless there is a mistake that is proven to be my mistake and you did not approve this on a proof. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email me photos and I will resend your order ASAP or, I will issue you a refund if you'd prefer.
Digital Orders: Digital orders can not be "returned" or refunded. If you are unhappy with how something is printing, please let me know and I will issue you a 50% refund. I send all final files to you via the email you provide me through Etsy. If you do not receive it within the time frame stated in the listing, then please send me an Etsy message or email to let me know, and I will send it right away.
Custom Orders: I can customize almost all stationery, such as fonts, wording, and color. I can also create stationery for your special occasion from scratch if you have an inspiration or idea you would like me to create. I will email you a proof to look over before you finalize the order. For large orders, paper samples can be mailed to you at no charge.
