If you have purchased insurance (or your package has shipped Priority with the first $50 insurance covered automatically) , and need to file a claim for one of the following reasons:

-Package was never received
-Tracking shows inconclusive results
-Delivery to wrong address
-Package shows delivered, but you did not receive it
... any other reason

You will need to do/have the following items to file a claim with the USPS to be reimbursed for your purchase! You can see a detailed list of what you need to prove loss or damage on the USPS website! Follow this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

-Copy of the receipt: the invoice. You can get this by checking your package, or logging into Etsy to review your purchases!
-You will need the tracking number: You can find this on your package, or updated on your order in Etsy as soon as it ships!
-You will need proof that the package was insured. (This is attached to the tracking number! As long as you have the tracking number, they will be able to see that your package was insured!)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
My Pretty Posh Supply only carries the highest of quality items!!! We will do a return (10% restocking fee) if you contact us within 3 days of your items delivery- we agree on a return, and your provide us with a tracking number for your return within 48 hours of contacting us! After 3 days, there are no returns! Shipping fees are your responsibility, and will not be refunded! Returns will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product(s) as long as they are in the SAME condition & quantity as when shipped to you. Lost or damaged packages need to be filed with the USPS. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages! If you wish to purchase insurance to cover these events, please contact My Pretty Posh Supply immediately after purchasing your order! We process orders very quickly, and if you wait to long... it will already be shipped! :) We do not do exchanges. You may return items (at your expense) to receive the refund (minus the restocking fee) and purchase the new items you are needing.

Additional policies

Our FREE SHIPPING code is for our ETSY shop! It will not work on our website. If you wish to take advantage of the free shipping on US orders $50+, you must purchase via our Etsy shop and use code "FREESHIPPING" at the time of checkout. Failure to use the code, or "not knowing there was a code" will not change the fact that we cannot and will not honor any codes after purchase. We have a ZERO cancellation policy as well (due to the volume that we do, we cannot always catch cancellations BEFORE we ship them! So we DO NOT allow you to cancel an order for any reason, including "I forgot to use the code.") We cannot go back and manually put in any discounts or refunds. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY reason! If you have any questions, please send us a message prior to purchase. Thank you!

Effective immediately: 5/1/18
We are no longer waiving shipping fees for add ons to orders. Our shop does A LOT of volume- and the add ons using the LOCALPICKUP code have been abused- which causes a mess on the operational side when we're shipping 50+ orders a day!
Therefore- if you wish to add items to your order, you may place another order $50+ to qualify for free shipping again using the proper code, or you may place a smaller order and pay the shipping fee. If existing orders have not shipped, we WILL combine them, and the shipping fees you pay will go toward shipping your items. Shipping will not be refunded for any reason.
To avoid this, try to order everything you need in one order and use the FREESHIPPING code to eliminate the shipping fees!
The LOCALPICKUP code is no longer active. Any local customers, please place your order and write in the comments it's a local pickup and we will refund shipping.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We try to get orders shipped out crazy fast and accurate! When there are orders all over the place, or codes used hours or days after existing orders have shipped, it causes confusion and back tracking which leads to mistakes- which we really try not to make!

**Please note that from time to time... due to the manufacturing process, colors can vary slightly. This means that if you order pale pink solids, from time to time, the color could be slightly darker/lighter depending on the batch! This disclaimer is for all beads in my shop. By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that slight variances in the beads could happen from time to time and are out of our control! For MIXED BAGS OF BEADS: (Excluding 100 Count themed Mixes- these will always have 100 beads- or anything that specifically says 100 count) bead count may vary. This is for 12mm & 20mm Mixed Solids, Pearls, Rhinestones, Polka Dots, Stripes, Dots, Etc- any mixed type of bead that has a variance (105-120 Count for example)- can vary up or down in count. Actual # of beads will vary from bag to bag.
Pearl Beads Disclosure: By purchasing from this shop you understand and agree to the following disclosures for pearls: due to manufacturing process- some overspray may slightly cover one or both holes. Simply use a push pin, safety pin, or something similar to push through the opening- and the bead is good to go!
