Large 1920's Photo , The Cherry Blossoms Co , Men's Celebration , Funny Paper Hats

I tried to figure out what this dinner party for men was all about but had no luck. Huge room full of men young and old in funny paper hats sitting at beautiful dinner tables in a ball room with posters that say The Cherry Blossoms Co. and Bull Durham and other posters that I cannot make out the words but also some high fashion clothing posters of woman's 1920 clothing.
Photo measures 13" by 9" and is on a marbled cardboard backing. Someone has circled one individuals face but no other markings or notations.
